Our jewelry combines freshwater cultured pearls, natural stones, and delicate metal details. A little thoughtful care helps preserve their finish, luster, and movement.

Everyday Care

Put your jewelry on after applying skincare, makeup, perfume, and hair products.

Remove it before:

• Showering, bathing, or swimming.

• Exercising or activities that cause heavy sweating.

• Sleeping.

• Cleaning or handling household chemicals.

Avoid pulling, bending, or catching fine chains and dangling details on clothing or hair. When removing earrings, support the stud or hook rather than pulling on the pearls, stones, or chains.

Freshwater Cultured Pearls

Pearls have delicate surfaces that can be affected by chemicals, friction, and prolonged exposure to moisture or heat.

• Wipe gently with a clean, soft cloth after wearing.

• If needed, use a cloth lightly dampened with water, then allow the piece to dry fully before storing.

• Do not soak pearls or use metal polish, harsh cleaners, or abrasive cloths on them.

• Avoid ultrasonic and steam cleaners.

• Store separately from other jewelry to help prevent scratches.

Irregular shapes, subtle surface markings, and variations in luster are natural characteristics of freshwater cultured pearls.

Natural Stones

Different stones have different care needs. Gentle handling is the safest approach for jewelry that combines stones, pearls, and metal.

• Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wear.

• Avoid soaking and exposure to chemicals.

• Protect stones from hard knocks, drops, and sudden temperature changes.

• Avoid ultrasonic and steam cleaners.

• Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight and excessive heat.

Metal Components

Please check the Materials section on your product page to identify the metal components in your piece. Different parts of a design may use different materials.

Gold-Filled Components

Gold-filled components still need care to protect their surface and finish.

Wipe gently with a soft, non-abrasive cloth after wearing. Avoid polishing compounds, abrasive jewelry cloths, chemical dips, and repeated rubbing.

For pieces that include pearls or stones, follow the gentle cleaning guidance above and avoid immersing the whole piece in water.

Gold-Plated Components

Gold plating can gradually wear with friction and exposure to moisture or chemicals.

Wipe gently with a soft, non-abrasive cloth. Do not scrub or use metal polish, chemical dips, or abrasive polishing cloths, as these can damage the plated layer.

Sterling Silver Components

Unplated sterling silver may tarnish over time.

If your piece contains unplated sterling silver, a silver polishing cloth may be used carefully on that component only. Keep the cloth away from pearls, stones, and gold-finished parts.

Do not use silver dips or immerse a mixed-material piece in silver cleaner. Gold-plated silver should be cared for as gold-plated jewelry.

Fine Chains & Convertible Designs

Fine chains and hand-assembled connections benefit from gentle handling.

• Separate chains carefully before putting on your jewelry.

• Never pull a knot tight or force a tangled section apart.

• Open and close removable components gently, following any instructions provided for the design.

• If a connection feels loose or a part does not move as expected, stop wearing the piece and contact us.

Storing Your Jewelry

Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or a lined jewelry compartment.

Lay long earrings and chains out gently to reduce tangling. Avoid placing heavy items on top of them or packing them tightly.

Choose a dry place away from bathroom humidity, direct sunlight, and heat. Make sure your jewelry is fully dry before putting it away.
