SOLID ECHO pieces are made to be worn and loved in everyday moments. To help keep your jewelry looking beautiful for longer, please treat each piece with care.

General Care

To protect your jewelry, we recommend removing it before:

  • Showering or swimming
  • Exercising or sweating heavily
  • Sleeping
  • Applying perfume, lotion, sunscreen, or hair products
  • Using cleaning products or chemicals

Moisture, sweat, perfume, lotion, and chemicals may affect plated finishes, pearls, stones, and delicate details over time.

Gold-Plated Jewelry

Gold-plated pieces should be kept away from water, chemicals, and friction.

To help preserve the finish:

  • Put jewelry on after applying skincare, perfume, or makeup
  • Avoid wearing it during workouts or swimming
  • Gently wipe it with a soft dry cloth after wearing
  • Store it separately when not in use

Gold plating may naturally soften or fade over time with wear. This is considered normal wear and is not a manufacturing defect.

Sterling Silver Jewelry

Sterling silver may naturally oxidize or tarnish over time, especially when exposed to air, moisture, or chemicals.

To care for sterling silver pieces:

  • Store them in a dry place
  • Wipe gently with a soft polishing cloth
  • Avoid harsh cleaners or abrasive materials

Stainless Steel Jewelry

Stainless steel is durable and suitable for everyday wear, but plated stainless steel pieces should still be treated with care to protect the finish.

Unless a product is specifically described as waterproof, we recommend keeping it away from water and chemicals.

Freshwater Pearls & Natural Stones

Freshwater pearls and natural stones are delicate natural materials. Each piece may have slight variations in shape, color, texture, or surface details.

To care for pearls and stones:

  • Avoid perfume, lotion, and chemicals
  • Do not use ultrasonic cleaners
  • Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth
  • Store separately to prevent scratches

Storage

When not wearing your jewelry, store each piece separately in its pouch or box. Keep your jewelry in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
