Some SOLID ECHO pieces may include freshwater cultured pearls, natural stones, gold-filled components, gold-plated metals, brass, sterling silver, or other materials as specified on the individual product page.
Freshwater cultured pearls and natural stones may naturally vary in:

- Markings
- Luster
- Surface characteristics
These natural variations are part of the individual character of the materials and are not considered defects.
Because many pieces are handmade or hand-assembled, slight variations between pieces may occur.
We do not guarantee that every product will be identical to the product photography shown on our website.

3. Jewelry Care, Wear, and Skin Sensitivity
Jewelry should be handled with care.
Pearls, natural stones, plated metals, chains, and delicate components may be affected by exposure to:

We cannot guarantee that any jewelry product will prevent all irritation or allergic reactions for every person.
If you experience discomfort or irritation, please stop wearing the item.

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery typically takes 6–12 business days.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Tracking systems may take some time to update after a parcel has been dispatched.

SOLID ECHO is not responsible for theft or loss occurring after a carrier has confirmed delivery, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

7. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, an item must generally be:
- Unworn
- Unused
- In the same condition as received
- Returned in its original packaging
A return request must be submitted and approved before an item is sent back.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns unless otherwise stated or required by law.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.
For hygiene reasons, worn earrings cannot be returned for a change of mind.

In some cases, the affected item may not need to be returned.
9. 60-Day Quality Guarantee
SOLID ECHO offers a 60-day quality guarantee against manufacturing defects, beginning from the date of delivery.
Manufacturing defects may include issues such as:
- Defective clasps or findings
- Structural faults in assembly
- Broken components caused by a manufacturing defect
- Stones or pearls becoming loose due to a manufacturing defect
The quality guarantee does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches, dents, or surface wear
- Tarnishing or discoloration caused by improper care
- Water damage
- Damage caused by perfume, lotion, sweat, cosmetics, or chemicals
- Accidental damage
- Damage caused by pulling, bending, dropping, or improper handling
- Improper storage
- Lost items or components
Natural variations in freshwater cultured pearls and natural stones are not considered manufacturing defects.

10. Intellectual Property
