However, product appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, device type, photography lighting, editing, natural material variations, or handmade details.
Some SOLID ECHO pieces may include natural stones, freshwater pearls, plated metals, stainless steel, brass, sterling silver, or other materials. Natural materials may vary in color, shape, texture, and surface details. These variations are not considered defects.
We do not guarantee that the color, appearance, size, texture, or quality of a product will exactly match the images shown on our website.
Product descriptions, materials, prices, availability, and packaging may be updated or changed at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
We may limit the quantity of products available for purchase by any person, household, order, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
Section 3 — Jewelry Care, Wear, and Allergies
Our jewelry should be handled with care. Plated jewelry, pearls, stones, and delicate components may be affected by water, sweat, perfume, lotion, cosmetics, chemicals, humidity, or improper storage.
To help preserve your jewelry, we recommend removing your pieces before showering, swimming, exercising, sleeping, or applying perfume, lotion, or other personal care products.
Unless a product is specifically described as waterproof or water-resistant, it should not be exposed to water or moisture for extended periods.
Some products may be described as hypoallergenic or suitable for sensitive skin based on their materials. However, skin sensitivity varies from person to person. We cannot guarantee that any jewelry product will be suitable for every individual or prevent all allergic reactions.

Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process your payment. If you notice an error in your shipping address or order details, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@thesolidecho.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to update the address, cancel the order, or redirect the package.
If we cancel or make changes to your order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, shipping address, or phone number provided at checkout.
Products purchased from SOLID ECHO are intended for personal use only and may not be purchased for unauthorized commercial resale or export.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, discounts, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price shown at the time your order is placed and confirmed.
Applicable sales tax, if required, may be calculated and collected at checkout in accordance with applicable laws.
For U.S. orders, applicable customs-related fees charged through our shipping process are generally covered by SOLID ECHO or our fulfillment partner. However, additional charges applied by customs authorities, carriers, or local agencies may be outside of our control.
Unless otherwise stated, product prices do not include shipping fees, taxes, customs charges, import duties, or other applicable fees.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, and account information for all purchases made through our website. You agree to promptly update your account and payment information so we can complete transactions and contact you when needed.
By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

- Charges incurred by you will be honored by your payment provider.
- You agree to pay all charges incurred, including product prices, shipping fees, taxes, and any applicable charges.

Section 6 — Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped according to our Shipping Policy.
Orders are usually processed within 3–4 business days after your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery typically takes 10–15 days.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, weather, incorrect addresses, high-volume periods, or other events outside of our control.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on the way.
Please allow a few days for tracking information to update after your package has shipped.
SOLID ECHO is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, local delivery services, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, household members, building staff, mailroom, or front desk first.
SOLID ECHO is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.
Section 7 — Returns, Refunds, and Quality Guarantee
Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged items, and quality guarantee requests are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Customers must submit a return request through their customer account or contact us for help before sending anything back. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or approved by SOLID ECHO.
For hygiene reasons, earrings must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging. Worn earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We offer a 60-day quality guarantee for manufacturing defects. This guarantee covers manufacturing-related issues such as defective clasps, broken components, or stones/pearls that arrive loose due to a manufacturing issue.
Our quality guarantee does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches, dents, or surface marks
- Tarnishing from improper care
- Water damage
- Perfume, lotion, sweat, or chemical exposure
- Accidental damage
- Damage caused by pulling, bending, dropping, or improper use
- Lost or stolen items
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.
