Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 3–4 business days after your order is placed.

During high-volume periods, holidays, or promotional events, processing may take a little longer. If there is an unexpected delay, we’ll notify you by email.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery typically takes 10–15 days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on the way.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Free shipping applies to U.S. orders with a subtotal of $55 or more after discounts.

For orders under $55, a flat shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow a few days for tracking information to update after your package has shipped. If your tracking has not updated for several days, please contact us and we’ll help check the status of your order.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@thesolidecho.com.

Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to update the shipping address or redirect the package.

SOLID ECHO is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed, please contact us and we’ll help look into it.

If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with your local carrier, neighbors, household members, or building/mailroom first.

We’ll do our best to support you, but SOLID ECHO is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered.

Damaged Items During Shipping

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once confirmed, we’ll help with a replacement, store credit, or refund.
