14-Day Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on eligible items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition as received
To start a return, please submit a return request through your customer account.
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
SOLID ECHO is not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.
Earrings
For hygiene reasons, earrings must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.
Worn earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.
In some cases, damaged or defective items may not need to be returned.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges for change-of-mind returns.
If you would like a different item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we’ll help with a replacement when available.
60-Day Quality Guarantee
We offer a 60-day quality guarantee for manufacturing defects.
This covers manufacturing-related issues such as defective clasps, broken components, or stones/pearls that arrive loose due to a manufacturing issue.
This does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches or dents
- Tarnishing from improper care
- Water damage
- Perfume, lotion, sweat, or chemical exposure
- Accidental damage
- Lost items

Final Sale Items
Gift cards and items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
